Sound of the Season's return policies are supplier specific. Should you be unsatisfied by your experience with any of our selected suppliers, please let us know and we'll work on your behalf to resolve your complaint. 

Studio66:
Due to the handmade nature of our items, Studio66 doesn't accept returns. If you have an issue with your order Studio66 will work with you to make it right.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of any sterling silver or gold vermeil item, you may return it for a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be in new condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the shipping company is responsible for your item's return, not us.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE:

We guarantee all of our items to be free of material defects or flaws in workmanship. If your item should break during normal wear and tear we will gladly replace it.

GOLD VERMEIL PLATING GUARANTEE:

If the plating on your gold vermeil item wears off through normal use, simply ship it to us and we will happily re-plate it for you!

We want you to love your purchase, so we offer a 30 day return policy. Item‘s must be unworn, unwashed from a smoke free home. We can not return custom items. Store credit will be give, to start a return please do so via the account dashboard.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return any unused item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sincere Surroundings:
All returns must be approved by Sincere Surroundings and must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. When returning merchandise, there must NOT be any writing, pricing, or any other marks on the item or package. The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly. Orders may be canceled by calling our customer care department or by sending a notification by e-mail. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items cannot be canceled or returned.
14 KARAT GOLD POLICY:

14 karat gold items are NOT returnable. We craft each of these items to order and cannot restock them once they are made. Due to the individual attention each piece gets, we guarantee each to be of the highest quality and free of any material defects.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Buyer pays return shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Lake Country Ranch:
Return Policy: To return an item the customer must contact us in writing on the Contact Us/Policies page within one week and we will work with the customer to give a store credit when the item is returned within two weeks in its original packaging or help replace the item. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping if necessary. For larger items, when delivered, please inspect before signing bill of lading. We will work with you as much as possible if it is necessary for an item to be returned to ensure that everyone is happy and a reasonable solution is found for all (regarding that damage was not incurred by the customer after delivery.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
